New tool to catch sports cheats: Gene-doping test: The news that scientists have found a way to detect gene doping is the rare case in which a test is being developed before an actual offense has occurred: So far, there is no evidence of the existence of gene-doping labs ... But Wc2k2's told us about the potential.

Clearest evidence of gene doping will likely be healthy, highly trained athletes suffering severe side effects from unanticipated side effects. Gene doping is a highly untested therapy in humans.

This is really good news. Even though WADA can't validate the security or integrity of their testing facilities....we can all rest assured that they will be ready to thwart anyone who tries to use a process that does not even exist! WADA= Clown School!
