I don't like for players to come back early from injury. It makes me nervous because they might be rushing things (like Amare).

He is a good athlete and very determined obviously, but as an NFL quarterback he stinks. What benefit could an early comeback have for him or the Dolphins? Except of course giving him a good excuse for what will be a less than stellar return.

emoeby, Don't sweat it...I think you're forgeting how this guy played. He has to play all out, and physical to be worth anything. He is not a stay in the pocket QB. He's going to have to run, and that knee is going to get hit. True, I'm not sure the current QB's on the Vikings are any good, but I don't think Culpepper is the way to go.

Cleared for a preseason game? Not link worthy.

Not link worthy. The man tore three ligiments in his knee and had an injury that QB's rarely comeback from! Now he is going to be on the field at least 2 months early and it isn't link worthy?

Granted he needed to get out of MN, but the Vikes sure could have used him, if only we knew he'd be ready by preseason. The local sports radio has been arguing about Culpecker all day.
