So that's what we needed! Why waste our time learning to have a good first touch? Just have our guys get freaky haircuts and maybe we'd have advaced to the second round.

Fashion statement: Wait -- I'm supposed to rub the Rogaine on the top of my head, too? Asshole. Honestly, if 24 hour cable and sports news didn't exist idiots like this jobs, we would have definitely solved our manual labor shortage problem. Someone give this guy a broom.

But there is something in it - see how much better Harry Kewell has been since getting rid of the girly hair. I like to imagine his Australian team mates held him down and used rusty razor blades on the first day in camp.

For further perspective, try this. The U.S. places two players in the top 20, surely a first. Although I think Cobi's is just plain cool.
