I'm curious how they're going to give the award when there are thousands of champions. Is it a BCS-like system, with strength of schedule? I can just see it: "Sorry, you're really good, but someone in your league traded KG for Matteen Cleaves. That makes your competition weaker than the other champions."

All the leagues are involving themselves in fantasy a bit more (and some [MLB, boo] to the extent that they think that their is a violation of copyright when third-party companies charge for fantasy services and leagues). The best is the NFL on CBS. At the start of the second half, they run down the stats and they always make it point to tell you the completion percentages of QBs.
