HOWTO bypass Internet Censorship. There was a p2p program out there that would run as a proxy server, but if this is it, it looks dead.

Ewww!! And yet... I laughed. The dunk was a nice touch- the only thing funnier than gangly white guys dunking is naked gangly white guys dunking. :)
