Mahalo Bitches: Hawaii wins little league world series championship. Down 6-3 in the last inning, Hawaii ties it then goes deep in extras to beat the defending champs from Curacao. Andrew Jones weeps.

Agreed, best game I've seen in a long time, good fundemental ball playing. Most big leaguers could have learned alot watching that game.

Nothing like baseball in its purest form. It's nice to see baseball played as a "game" and not the business it has turned out to be.

It was a great game. I just have a problem with the attention and hype thats given to the broadcats of this series. I am all for the LL World Series, I just think that the coverage culd be toned way down. Broatcast fewer games etc. ESPN is Treating these kids likes adults., with all the the coverage and hype they are giving. Cover the Finals, no need to cover all of the Regional stuff and the pool play... again, congrats to the Hawaiian teams.

Whatta comeback! Didn't watch it but read about it. I just have a problem with the attention and hype thats given to the broadcats of this series. Yes - let's not make the kids celebrities before their testicles drop. That's one of my rules. Well, more of a guideline than a rule.

I thought Testicles drop when you are rather young? like not long after you are born????

Well, according to Weedy's mom, his dropped after he turned 18. I keed! I keed!

Excellent game. But it has to be time to move the fences back. Kids these days are huge and it seems like 75% of the runs scores were off of homeruns.

Damn. I quit watching when it was 6-3 in the 5th.

yukon... you kid, but the thought is scary. Given the player age fraud that has occured in years past, i wouldn't rule out anything

great game, congratulations to hawaii. espn showed the top 10 web gems from the tournament and those kids can flat out play. also, someone needs to check the birth certificate from that kid from california that struck out 18. the kid can grow a better goatee than I can. also agree, that they could probably cut down the coverage to the semifinals and finals. however, everytime it was on I was watching.

For a one week a year, it beats watching the big leagues. I thought that California coach was a douchebag though. It wasn't Rollie Fingers was it?

GREAT GAME! HAD A FEELING THE KIDS FROM AMERICA WOULD PULL IT OFF. WHAT A PITCHER THAT LAST KID WAS. CAN THE TIGERS SIGN HIM NOW! PLEASE!

One of the outfielders goes to my school. Nice kid. he was too small for the school team last year, but I bet that he is in for sure this year. Yay Hawaii - or as they are saying out here, yay West-Side!

I just love the LL World Series. So much heart. I wish there was still passion like that in MLB. Besides, those little guys are just too darn cute! Right on, Hawaii!
