Retired slugger says he plans to write tell-all book: A day after announcing his retirement from baseball, Jose Canseco told ESPN Radio's Dan Patrick on Tuesday that he plans to write a tell-all book that will "name names" about Major League Baseball regarding women, steroid use and more. Include a how-to chapter and it should sell like hotcakes!

My comments lifted from the other thread: It seems that Canseco is going to write himself a book telling all about the seedy world of baseball, from adultery to drug abuse. Good one, Jose! I can see no reason for this other than sour grapes. Apparently, he feels slighted by teams that didn't give him a shot (the guy was batting .172 in minor league ball) and let down by his fellow players. This falls right in line with what I've always felt about Canseco. I think they should just make a plaque in Cooperstown for his ego and leave Jose on the doorstep
