Mike Tyson is homeless: "For two years I have been a bum, truly a bum in the streets. I've got nowhere to live. I've been crashing with friends, literally sleeping in shelters. Unsavory characters are giving me money and I'm taking it. I need it. The drug dealers, they sympathize with me. They see me as some sort of pathetic character." Tyson will fight British boxer Danny Williams on July 30, and hopes to use his winnings from this and six other planned fights to pay his debts.
"How can you possibly do that 45 times and be broke?"

You would think with all of that money, he could get a nicer pair of glasses and fix his hair.

Tyson has disputed the claims, saying he's been living in a modest house in Suburban Pheonix: Tyson disputed a story that quoted him saying he was homeless and taking handouts from "unsavory characters." But he admitted his move to a simpler, quieter life hasn't been easy. Tyson said his biggest regret during his years of wild living was how much he trusted the wrong people with his money. "The only reason people took advantage of me is because I allowed it," he said. "I'm a foolish man. I'm the most foolish person in the history of this sport." Won't say I dispute that last statement.

For all the terrible things Tyson has done - and for a professional heavyweight to go around assaulting people is despicable, before we even get on to rape - I can't help but feel a bit sorry for him, mostly through thinking that with a manager who gave a damn about helping him develop a bit more as a person, he might not have gone quite so wrong. Truly, Don King is a bag of shit.

I would really like to know how he blew through hundreds of millions of dollars. He makes 25 million to go up there for a few minutes and knock someone out. How can you possibly do that 45 times and be broke?
