The Man Show with balls: Salon reviews The Best Damn Sports Show, Period and calls it Fox's answer to SportsCenter. Isn't there room in your heart for both?

Agreed. I would rather watch Lifetime than Tom Arnold. The remote stops for a second when Lisa Guerrero is on though ;)

I'd rather watch sportscenter 4 times in a row. And thanks to the wonderful people at ESPN, you can!

When I was in DisneyWorld two years ago, I got my first taste of ESPN. I have to say, I very much like the "4 SportsCenters in a row" system they have in the mornings. I can turn on the TV, have a shower, go for breakfast, pack the backpacks and still catch all of the results (albeit in a scrambled order). I saw TBDSSP on a friends dish setup a couple weeks ago. I got sick of it in a damn hurry. (as a side note, TSN Sportscentre is becoming a clone of the ESPN version very quickly, so maybe I'm just used to one type of show over the other)

Yeah, sometimes I do find myself halfway through the third hour without even knowing what I'm doing. Kenny Mayne still cracks me up even though he says the same thing all the time. Also, Pardon the Interuption is by far the best sports talky talky show on television. It takes the elements from one of my other favorite shows, The Sports Reporters, and puts a time limit on the topics, so you can cram lots of madness into a half hour.

I can't stand the show. I'd rather watch sportscenter 4 times in a row.
