The New England gods are pleased today for some reason.

With the Pats having played on Thursday, we would normally be subjected to a regional suffer game like Jets-Dolphins but somehow, they're airing Bengals-Ravens and there's no Romo, now or anytime anywhere soon.

Once in awhile, things just break your way.

Main task of the day: lining up a Bojangles voucher in NoMich's name for the day when Belichick becomes bowl eligible.

I hit the drive-in at the local Smithfield chicken & bbq place and was served by Dave Doeren. Glad he was able to find a new gig right away.
