Me last night with only a few minutes left to go in the Wild/Avs game: "welp, heading back to Minny for this series. Good night all!"

Me 5 minutes later: "welp, looks like I'm staying up all night to watch this crazy game."

If you show up to work in the morning on no sleep and go spread eagle face down for a prolonged moment like Wallstedt after the OT goal, people will understand.

I want a Canadian team to go deep into the Cup playoffs but I'm also thrilled that the Sabres are finally relevant again and want them to excel.

Can't have everything all at once.
