It's hard not to feel bad for UNT grads and FC Dallas and Mavericks fans while listening to play by play announcer Mark Followill completely embarrass NBC's Olympics coverage while calling soccer matches from a remote studio in god knows where. The guy is insufferable. Today's Brazil - Spain women's semifinal match was mandatory mute button viewing.

Yeah, we're getting a lot of rain right now and some gusts of strong wind, but nothing too bad. The fine folks of Wilmington are probably already under water with much more to come today and tomorrow. After eastern NC gets all of our runoff from the Triangle, that whole part of the state will be under water.
