LOVE! Lordy, how I do love a good drop shadow on the jersey numbers. I wish the 49ers would go full 1955 throwback, but I'm happy with the 1994 version.

I hope the Lions wear something close to their traditional silver and blue and don't go monochrome service gray or some such thing.

People are going to be so f-ed up schedule wise on Thursday because they can't blow off the early game anymore - the Lions are good.

In past years it's been: "Lions on now? Pfft. Time to deep fry the turkey".

My interest is to eventually hear a sports pundit say that the Lions got the better of the Matthew Stafford trade. Maybe some of the more adventurous ones are already saying it.
