Shit, this seems FPP-worthy. I know that Bauer has proved himself to be a redass, and has said some controversial things, especially while he was in Cleveland. But looking at this (admittedly through the lens provided by Bauer) from a legal perspective, her texts are pretty damning. And any credibility she might have had went out the window with the bed video.
I tend to lean toward believing women who allege sexual assault, and my default setting here was to believe her pending further evidence. But this sure seems to be a case of somebody chasing some easy money.

Yeah, I hope this doesn't become the example that people point to for not believing the victims who come forward with sexual assault allegations, however there does seem to be some compelling evidence to vindicate Trevor Bauer in this case.
