The Patriots have extended Robert Kraft's Orchids of Asia legal winning streak, as gun charges were dropped against DB Jack Jones, who tried to bring two loaded weapons onto a plane in his carry on luggage back in June.

The Pats are lucky that this week's game against the Eagles is not in Philly, where the fans would likely bring an added thematic edge to their heartwarming welcome for the visiting team.

It's not a stretch to picture a Lincoln Financial Field gameday promo along the lines of: "Half price beer for all fans entering the stadium wearing a home detention electronic monitoring device".
