Some days ago, I seem to remember that our own NoMichtradamus vigorously predicted that the record setting Bruins would get bounced in the first round of the playoffs and advised all SpoFites to cash out and head to Vegas to bet accordingly.
I chuckled a bit at that notion when the Bruins were up 3-1 and casually unconcerned about injuries to some of their best players.
But events have taken a turn since then and I'm not laughing no more.
When NoMich's millions roll in, I just want him to comp me a modest biscuit combo at Bojang's.

For you, my friend, only the highest class Bojangles biscuit combos. Chicken filet on a well done bicky with egg n cheese, sweet tea (the hard stuff if you want), and a *picnic* sized fries with extra cajun seasonings. IT'S BO TIME!

Paul Stastny's OT goal that put the Hurricanes into the second round last night made history. He and his father are the only father-son duo to score series clinching goals in OT. Peter did it twice for the Nordiques; 1985 against the Habs and 1987 against ... the Whalers.
