It was fun to watch the scene after the game in Jacksonville last night. I'm even learning not to instinctively recoil when I see glimpses of a smiling Trent Baalke wandering around on the field soaking it all up.

The Jags have a solid roster; Baalke, a notorious employer of ill advised one and done head coaches is fortunate that ownership kept him on and gave him an opportunity to connect with Doug Pederson and keep building the squad.

The Jaguars could have hired Nathaniel Hackett, Todd Bowles or Bill O'Brien, and with Baalke in the building, you would almost have expected a hire like that to occur.
