Really have to think Steve Nash is hoping the Nets trade or fire him. The Nets appear to have taken over the most dysfunctional sports franchise from the Lakers. And what team actually would want Kyrie Irving or Kevin Durant and all the baggage they bring? What a nightmare.

Durant, Kyrie and Harden are etched in as one of the all time high maintenance / headcase trios in league history.

Kudos to OKC GM Sam Presti for originally assembling the trinity of Durant, Harden and Westbrook, also high up there on the same list.

Former Pistons GM Jack McCloskey gets recognition for fielding the comic book villain trio of Laimbeer, Rodman and Mahorn.

And just for the heck of it - in a different Jeopardy! category, hats off to the Sixers for drafting Simmons, Fultz and Okafor with three dearly earned high first round picks.

Team character trends can be a curious thing.

Hated that team but certainly admired the way they understood their roles and played for each other and not themselves. I call those guys the "Flagrant 3" and Isiah was no angel either.

Completely different than a bunch of me-first superstars who figure they choose when and how hard they want to play and have coaches fired as they please.
