WFT and the Giants can't continue to get penalized at last night's rate if they want to be competitive all season long.

And Riverboat Ron better watch out. Washington penalties have jumped a hefty notch since he took over for the motley tag team of Gruden and Callahan.

Having an undisciplined team and still winning a title - that's Bruce Arians' game. There's no guarantee that anyone else can pull it off. Penalties could well keep hindering the Raiders' chances of making the playoffs.
