It's just the company owned stores that closed for a so-called mental health day for the employees. Without pay, of course, which does wonders for a worker's mental health.

Bojangles locations were closed yesterday and will be closed again on another Monday in September, for reasons that only NoMich may be able to explain. The company says it's for well deserved employee R&R, but it smells different than that. Almost seems like an odd attempt at a spot furlough. I'm not sure employees are getting paid for the lost work shifts.
This as young people from all over the world who have never had the Bojangles experience are converging on the fine universities of the mid-Atlantic to begin their studies.
No biscuit Mondays and Duke and UNC have new hoops coaches - where the heck has the continuity gone?
In other food franchise news, Rudy Giuliani's new communications director is a former Hooters spokesperson.
