Shout out to Canadian SpoFites for their potable jewel that some of us down here are just finding out about: Kicking Horse Coffee.

A case quantity of Kicking Horse in several varieties came into my food rescue operation. None of us had heard of it. Now we no longer have that problem. It's getting a big thumbs up.

Of course, if you don't like premium grade coffee and simply want to get the most out of ordinary grocery store grounds, heck, just do what they do in Oklahoma.
