I would not have guessed that Tebow is as old as 33. Time flies by.
Well, he's got good options. He saw the Super Bowl a couple of weeks ago. He knows he's got plenty of time left on the Brady / Brees scale. He could try to put a scare into Drew Lock. Or he could fulfill rcade's lifelong fantasy by making the Jaguars roster.
Heck if I was Urban Meyer, I'd sign Tebow to a personal services contract so he could be trotted out as an example of the outstanding young men Meyer coached in college. Maybe make folks forget about some of those other guys.
I don't think I ever saw college plays that were more consistently slow to develop than those Tebow runs between the tackles at UF that announcers used to fawn over irrationally. Tim would take longer to get to the line than Le'Veon Bell or Refrigerator Perry.

A sports radio guy's hot take right now, probably:
I can't believe that Tebow just up and quit on his team like that. After all of the resources that the Mets spent on his development and this is how he repays them? Just quits?! And how many legitimate prospects did he replace in all that time? The Mets could be serious World Series contenders right now if it weren't for Tim Tebow just showing up and posing for the cameras!
