Hey, any of y'all refinancing without locking in a rate?

If so, you're in championship company, because just like Tom Brady, you are floating that loan.

Except you come out ahead because you aren't faced with a petition with over 160,000 signatures demanding that you repay the loan.

Hard to blame him.

The land of opportunity, where the extremely wealthy have a lot of opportunity that others do not. Really, he'd be a fool not to grab free money, right?
