It's unclear at this moment whether Bill Belichick will actually go to the White House on Thursday to receive the Medal of Freedom that the president has awarded him.

Watched part of a Boston University basketball game yesterday in part because I wanted to see players wearing masks while playing the game. I guess I shouldn't have been too shocked when I saw that the players had only their mouth covered by the mask, letting the nose free to shed as many viruses as it feels like. /sigh

Many of the places I go, the employees feature the partially dropped face mask look. Hardware store, pizza shop, etc.

The unfortunate part is that some of these folks are convinced that their mask method is completely safe. They don't give it a second thought. They missed the human body segment in middle school bio class where you find out that the nasal passages are part of the respiratory system.

Why we follow our "leaders" and not the direction of medical professionals and scientists is crazy: lives could be saved.

Bill just became less evil
