The Washington Football Team has changed almost everything. New team name, new coach, new uniforms, new place in the division (1st), new lease on professional life (Alex Smith), and so on. All they have left to change now is ownership and they'll be all set.
Dan Snyder doesn't deserve the good fortune, but if and when he does sell the team, it was already a highly valued franchise despite all his efforts to ruin it, and the valuation is only going to go straight up with the trajectory they're on.

Think of how good the Texans would be right now if they had dumped O'Brien before he wrecked the roster and killed the cap.
