Meet the Walkin' Fish: , otherwise known as Victor Conte; "nutritionist" to the stars. An interesting character.

Nice job, Daily News: The bust "puts an unflattering light on the athletes who have worked with [Conte] in his legitimate vocations..." Yeah, guys like Bonds and Romo, right? No chance either of those guys were taking anything but magnesium. Magnesium always transforms guys into bipolar, gigantic-headed freaks who fly into violent rages for no apparent reason.

I haven't seen Bonds fly into so many violent rages. Romo is another story but he's always been a head case. Can you give better examples to support your assertion, molafson?

To be fair, that last was a character composite of many pros who seem to be juicing. Bonds more typifies the "sullen, chipmunk-faced, 40 lbs gained overnight" side. As far as baseballers go, I guess it would be Canseco who'd better approximate Romo's particular brand of madness. That reminds me, who was the hockey player who in the midst of battering his wife tore a door clean off its hinges? He was a goalie, if memory serves me correctly.

Only the greatest goalie of all time: Patrick Roy. And before your viscious rumor-mongering gets totally out of control - he tore the door down to get after her, but the assault was never verified publicly. However, Billy - artificially warping your hormones has been known to cause significant behavioural changes - including mood swings that we know more commonly as 'roid rages (duh). So what the hell is your question ;-)?
