I'm sure he getting paid even more handsomely than he was in Ann Arbor. He walked a nice bee line to Cleveland for this payday.

Coaching in the NBA is a much easier gig than in college*. No time investment in recruiting and little to no time teaching / developing players.

*unless it's a team that LeBron James is currently player/coach/GM and pool boy for the team's owner.
