After years of dutifully toiling in the shadow of Aaron Rodgers, Matthews has been waiting his whole career to be rostered with a QB like Bortles.

Don't know what the Rams are thinking .. Matthews was past his "best before date" 2 years ago. Would be different if they could use him as a situational pass rush specialist but he doesn't get to the QB anymore.
