Nine Final Fours have been played in Cowtown (KC) - more than any other host city (but none since 1964).

In second place is Naptown, which has hosted eight.

In third place is Trumptown with seven (none since 1950).

The list of places that have never hosted a Final Four is intriguing. It includes Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Baltimore, Washington DC, and the entire state of Ohio.
