Maple Leafs trade David Clarkson to Blue Jackets for Nathan Horton

David Clarkson was traded for Nathan Horton, who because he's on long-term injury, doesn't count against the cap. Say what you want about Nonis, but he deserves at least a brief cap tip for getting out from under that deal.

Man, what happened to Clarkson? I know the Leafs grossly overpaid for him, but he was a pretty damn good player for a couple of years in Jersey. It must be true what they say about how tough it is to play in Toronto.
