He predicts the Tigers will get him. He doesn't rank the others, but seems highest on the Cubs, Giants and Nationals in that order.

Dave Dombrowski has already stated that the Tigers are done pursuing Scherzer, but sure, I'll take him back into the rotation if it helps them devote more time looking for bullpen help. I mean, I'd like to see them win a WS before Mike Illitch keels over...
