Dan Murphy broke it up after 7 2/3. I'm grateful I don't have to listen to the Padres radio announcer any more. I'd rather travel up and down the Green River with Greg Maddux in a white panel van that reeks of bleach.

Was it Leitner? I like him, but he's been doing the games since I was a kid (originally as the color guy for Jerry Coleman) so I don't really know any better.

For anyone that comes by at some point in the future: The Padres are the only major league team that's never had a pitcher throw a no-hitter.
