Take note, my American friends.

Wednesday's temperature was listed at minus-16 C (3 F) but it felt like minus-28 C (-18 F). It was even chillier Thursday morning at minus-21 C (-6 F), which felt like minus-31 C (-24 F).

Now imagine how it might be for the Super Bowl in February in New Jersey...
