Shucks, I was on the verge of doing a search of the street lingo dictionary to see what a "was" is.
And whether slapping your was is something you want to be doing as they lead you into the Broward County Jail.
Where the food, apparently, is not as good as it is at Raiford (which is saying something).
And where, if you don't want to slap your own was, you won't be halfway through your compulsory other options before your release date comes up.

Thanks to a South African co-worker, I finally mostly understand cricket. He was very patient with me and a few other co-workers, what with all of our questions during the South Africa/Pakistan test today. I can see getting hooked on the sport.

Part of me feels like the Patriots signing Tebow is a big "F You" to Rex Ryan. Part of me thinks Belichick knows something I don't know (which is almost always true in any circumstance). And part of me is humming this song.
Edit: I originally wrote 'Rex Reed' not 'Rex Ryan.' Clearly, the Tony Awards are still on my brain.
