New NHL re-alignment proposal.

Some things to like about this, particularly the Original 6 members being in the same division. I would rather see the league drop a pair of teams and go with 4 divisions of equal size rather than have to jigger the playoff structure. The problem remains of how you reimburse the owners of the dropped teams, but that can be solved by having a fair auditor place a value on each team, dividing that value into a number of "shares", then exchanging those shares to the owners that have been eliminated in return for the shares of their teams. These owners could then sell out, keep the shares, keep some of the shares, or whatever they want. In other words, even though they have been taken out of active ownership, they still have a stake in the success of the league if they so choose.
