In light of the incompetence on display, they should have just declared the Rutgers-VT bowl game a draw at the end of regulation.

I was talking with my dad on the phone when we were both watching the last minute or two of that game, and he said "Well, one of them has to win."

"I'm not so sure of that, Dad."
