Tom Watson Returns as Ryder Cup Captain: Tom Watson, the last American to captain a Ryder Cup champ on foreign soil, will lead the U.S. team again in 2014. He has a big challenge ahead of him. The U.S. has lost seven of the last nine Ryder Cups. In 1993, he was captain for the U.S. victory at The Belfry in England. "Tom knows what it takes to win, and that's our ultimate goal," said Tiger Woods. "I hope I have the privilege of joining him on the 2014 United States Team."
