Yellow bracelets are really popular (did they spawn the whole rubber bracelet thing?) and Livestrong is a big mover and shaker in the cancer fund-raising world. Having the face of Livestrong step down is fairly big deal to the non-sports audience for that reason, no?

SportsCenter is the absolute best. A cursory one-minute (maybe 30 second?) segment on the only baseball game to actually be played today and then a good 7 or so minutes of A-Rod for the main story at the top of the program.
