Evans closed back onto the Yellow group on the descent but then was instantly dropped as they started the next climb.
I'm not sure what Liquigas saw, but they clearly smelled blood in the water and the pace they're putting up is dropping riders left and right. Evans is the only rider in the top ten in trouble though.

Looks like the only one who has a chance to actually do damage to Wiggins is his teammate.

Nibalia gave it a couple tries and at one point it was Wiggins who had to answer, not Froome, but it was telling at the end that Nibali tried a sprint in the hope of stealing even one second in the GC and Wiggins wouldn't let him have even that.
Thomas Voeckler was ridiculous today. He won all four climbs, took over the polkadot jersey and won the stage. Not a bad day.

Are the Marlins and Red Sox really talking about a Carl Crawford + prospect for Hanley Ramirez and Heath Bell swap?

The Tour may have got a little more distilled today, as Team Liquigas just seriously raised the tempo on the penultimate climb of the day and Cadel Evans hasn't managed to keep up, dropping about 40 seconds off the Yellow Jersey group.
Evans will try to close back on the long descent to come, but then there will be questions whether he can stick on the next climb?
