Heat Beat Thunder in Game 3: Coming back from a 10-point deficit, the Miami Heat beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 91-85 at home to take a 2-1 series lead in the NBA Finals. LeBron James had 29 points and 14 rebounds. Kevin Durant had 25 points, but for the second consecutive game got into foul trouble. Serge Ibaka, first team defender, can only find 12 minutes of court time in game 3. He should probably get more minutes but if he was as good defensively as some of the players he beat out (KG, Deng, Iggy) his play would demand court time.

Durant's field goal percentage has been excellent in the finals but he only took 19 shots. Kobe or Carmelo would be taking 30 shots a game. Durant needs to take more shots or Harden needs to really step up and start scoring 20 a game.

The other players on the Thunder can't really consistently hit jump shots. Cook hasn't been given enough playing time to get going, Sefelosha is just terrible from distance, and Fisher has been inconsistent.

The Thunder are showing their age.
