Josh Hamilton Out 6-8 Weeks with Broken Arm: Texas Rangers left fielder Josh Hamilton broke a bone in his upper arm attempting to steal home in the 5-4 loss to the Detroit Tigers Tuesday and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks (video). During the first inning, Hamilton was sent from third to home when the Tigers did not cover the plate fielding a foul ball. Catcher Victor Martinez beat him home with the tag. "It was just a stupid play," Hamilton said. "I definitely shouldn't have done it. ... I listened to my coach and I went."

So Josh throws his 3rd base coach uner the bus? If he didn't think he should've went home, he should've stayed put.

Yeah, maybe not the best send, but calling out the coach can't be helping matters.

If you're sent by your coach, does that mean that you can't make your own judgments about sliding safely?

Did the coach tell you to slide into home head-first? Because that's why you got hurt, numbnuts.
