Fulham Fans Want Michael Jackson Statue to Beat It: Facing criticism that it makes the club a "laughingstock," the chairman of Fulham's soccer team said fans can "go to hell" if they don't like the new Michael Jackson statue he unveiled Sunday at the team's Craven Cottage stadium. "If some stupid fans don't understand and appreciate such a gift this guy gave to the world they can go to hell," said Mohammed Al Fayed, a friend of the late singer.

Skip the Championship; if any owner deserves to get shipped back to League One, it's this guy. Mike Ashley at Newcastle should join him. Just leave both clubs in good hands.

What a wanker. Fans that disagree with him can go to hell? Christ, what a rich asshole.

I find it hard to get worked up about this one, given that Fayed and his creative accountants are the reason why Fulham fans got to watch their side go to the Europa League final last year, as opposed to wet Tuesday night glamour ties against Leyton Orient and Plymouth Argyle.

He should put up a giant statue of Jimmy Hill's chin to remind them of those days.

The anti-statue Fulham fans are being put up to it by Prince Phillip.

So I'm told.
