Can a Calipari team vacate another Final Four appearance before it arrives to play a game ?

The article suggests that the Jay-Z visit is, at present, more of an issue for the NBA (in terms of potential pre-draft contact/tampering) than the NCAA. My guess is the NCAA, surprisingly, has less of an issue with this.
