Rangers even ALCS with 7-2 victory over Yankees: Texas bullpen rebounds to hold early lead. Game 3 is Monday night

I'm not sure how the Rangers should feel. They tied the series and have Lee in game 3. And yet they've out played the Yankees in all but one inning and should be ahead 2-0.

I think they should feel like they can win this series -- now a best of 5 road series with two Cliff Lee starts, just like the ALDS -- because of how well they've been producing runs. They scored only two runs the last two playoff series against the Yankees.

Also, getting out of game 2 with no earned runs against a reliever should give their pitching staff some much needed confidence. Neftali Feliz was so jittery he got hit by a ball thrown back by the catcher.

The Ranger's bullpen still scares the hell out of me. And I doubt the Rangers can give as many walks as they did in game 2 and win in NY.

I'm also curious if the yankees starting rotation is actually this bad, which would not surprise me, or if they were rusty from the layoff and will be better the second time around.
