Bolivian President Racks Opponent During Soccer Friendly: Bolivian President Evo Morales kneed a player in the groin during a soccer match Sunday among political rivals. Morales said he'd been hit by Daniel Gustavo Cartagena's cleats while he had the ball before the incident. His security detail tried to arrest Cartagena after the match.
