What's Wrong with College Basketball?: ESPN interviewed 20 high-profile college basketball coaches, promising them anonymity, and asked them to tell the truth about the problems facing their sport. The biggest concern? Agents and all the ways money is secretly being funneled to top athletes. "We don't coach anymore," one coach said. "This job isn't about coaching. It's about acquiring talent."

I didn't know there was anything wrong with college basketball. I enjoy it very much. If the biggest problem they are facing is that their top athletes are secretly being funneled money, I don't mind that at all.

I can't help but think USC, for example, would feel differently...

And on a related note: NCAA directs college basketball coaches to end relations with Pump Foundation, due to concerns of money funneling in recruiting.
