Robert Guerrero has returned to the boxing ring after helping care for his ailing wife: Define toughness. Punching a man in the face? Or braiding a girl's hair?
Robert Guerrero chose to braid hair, and no amount of brutal acts in the boxing ring, where Guerrero earns his living, could better measure a man's toughness.
It seems almost quaint to hear a professional athlete talk about his high-school sweetheart with such obvious devotion. A really touching story.

I love stories like this that share off-field heroism in the sports world. Casey Guerrero is only 26. Hard to believe she's been through such severe health battles already. Glad the transplant has worked.
