'I Left My Stamp': I scored a goal in the FIFA World Cup Final. A series of short films produced by ESPN about players ranging from Uruguay's Alcides Ghiggia in 1950 to Italy's Marco Materazzi in 2006.
Please note that each clip is preceded by a 15 second commercial (via MetaFilter).

Um, awesome again. Damn. That's two days in a row that ESPN has brought the thunder.

Man I hated Mario Kempes in 1978. Damn broke my heart.

His tape is interesting though.

Tardelli's celebration still gives me chills.

Agreed. When I feel transcendental, an image of Marco Tardelli celebrating that goal jumps to the front of my mind.

So this isn't a film about Claudio Gentile?
