ESPN's Jim Caple tours the four Final Four campuses: Marquette's got 1977 magical memories, Kansas has hoops history, don't mess with Texas, and Syracuse has, well, snow. Which is your favorite? And, who's gonna win?

USC takes it all! What, you mean they didn't even make the dance? Dammit, why didn't someone tell me sooner!

Unlike the last time his name was trotted out in connection with a UNC job, Williams doesn't get along as well with his new AD. That should remove the status from the 100% positive that he's not going to UNC. Add that to the fact that he doesn't have a young team on the rise (in fact, this team is the culmination of what was percolating three years ago when he turned down the UNC job). I'm not saying he will go to UNC (I just hope so), but things are different for him now than they were three years ago.

Syracuse all the way! Go, Orangemen!

As I mentioned last month when I questioned "is Syracuse for real?", I am an Orange alum from '94. I loved Caple's Syracuse piece, because it reminded me of my years on the hill. Objectively, I have to say that I think Texas will beat Syracuse. They have had a week to prepare (Oklahoma had 2 days), and TJ Ford is a great point guard. Texas shoots better than Oklahoma, too, and the zone allows for many open outside shots. That said, a championship would be such a sweet reward for years of good-ness but no greatness. Go 'cuse!
