American Shot-Putter Killed by Prowler: David Laut, an American shot-putter who earned a bronze medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics, was shot and killed after confronting prowlers in his yard late Thursday night in Oxnard, Calif.
Damn, to honor his country in the Olympics and to be gunned down in the front of his home is just sad. My thoughts and prayers goes out to his family that he leaves behind. He was taken from his family for no apparent reason.
